What you got A Virtual Visa Prepaid Card funded by a TOOM! gesture. Not a credit card. Not reloadable.
Where it works Use online/in‑app anywhere Visa debit is accepted in the U.S. only.
Fees No activation or monthly fees. Replacement fees may apply.
Expiration Card has an expiration date. Funds don’t expire — you may need a replacement if the card does.
Balance Check balance + history at the BHN link in your card email. Purchases above your balance will decline.
Lost or unauthorized use Contact BHN Customer Service right away for help or replacement.
Cash access No ATM use. No cash back. No transfers.
Disputes For billing or unauthorized charges, contact BHN. TOOM! cannot reverse card transactions.
Privacy TOOM! never sees your card number or transactions. BHN + the issuing bank handle all card data.
